These terms apply to your use of ThankBack, a service of DautiTech, Belgium. By using ThankBack you agree to them.
The service
ThankBack helps businesses reply to online reviews by drafting replies with AI. You connect your own Google Business Profile and decide which replies are posted.
Your responsibilities
- You may only connect business profiles you are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for replies posted on your behalf, including ones you set to post automatically. Review AI drafts before approving them.
- You must follow Google's policies for business profiles and reviews.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
Availability
We work to keep ThankBack available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features that depend on Google may stop working if Google changes or restricts its services.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Belgian or EU law.
Ending your account
You can stop using ThankBack at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
